High Flow Venturi Ozone Injector

This venturi is meant for injecting ozone into a stream of water. Where normal venturi injectors cause a massive amount of restriction to flow, and must be run in a parallel path, this one can be run inline with a single flow path, making for a FAR simpler system.

Getting this functionality was not easy and took many hours and design revisions to achieve!

This venturi is designed to be used in a system like our APEX86 system using a 1200 GPH or greater pump. Overly restrictive filter housings, filter elements, and plumbing, can interfere with the venturi's effectiveness.

It provides a snug slip fit into a 3/4" PVC fitting. The injection port is 1/8"-NPT threaded and holds a stainless steel barb fitting for 3/16" ID tubing (included). It is very important that the barb fitting only be tightened gently with your fingers (no wrench or pliers). Over-tightening will crack the venturi, due to the large force multiplier of tapered threads.

*** IMPORTANT *** This venturi is meant for use in a submerged / internal application. It is not designed to and cannot be used externally. Hand wash in warm soapy water. No hot water. No dishwasher.
