No person should enter, occupy, or make bodily contact with the water while any electrical device associated with the cold plunge is energized or connected to mains power. Before entering the water, physically disconnect the pump, freezer, chiller, heater, ozone generator, and any other connected electrical equipment from mains power.

Turning equipment off using a switch, timer, controller, smart plug, relay, or software control is not a substitute for physically disconnecting it from mains power before entering the water.

Electrical equipment must be installed and operated in accordance with the equipment manufacturer's instructions and all applicable electrical codes. Use properly grounded equipment and GFCI-protected receptacles where required or appropriate. Keep plugs, receptacles, extension-cord connections, and other electrical connections dry. Do not use equipment with damaged cords, plugs, housings, or other electrical components.

Users are responsible for inspecting their installation and equipment, following all supplied instructions and warnings, and ensuring that the system is appropriate for their particular application.

Use of an APEX86 product contrary to its instructions or warnings - including entering or contacting the water while associated electrical equipment remains connected to mains power - constitutes misuse of the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, APEX86 disclaims liability for personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, failure to follow product or component-manufacturer instructions and warnings, or use of the product for an unintended purpose. The user assumes the risks associated with such misuse or unauthorized use.
