*** Shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days transit estimated). This includes $100 of insurance, but if there is damage, you must save the packaging and damaged parts for possible inspection at your local post office. I recommend choosing the insured shipping option which covers the full value of the kit and provides a much faster claims and reimbursement process, using photos only.

Included with this kit:

• Danner 1200 GPH Pump (120v)
• 10" x 2.5" Filter Housing
• 5 Micron Filter Element
• APEX86 Pre-filter
• APEX86 Pump Base
• APEX86 High-flow Venturi
• PVC Union and Fittings

Choose your venturi hookup:

1. Just add your own ozone generator (with or without air pump) (Great option: JED 003)
2. Don't add ozone (you can just run a hose to the venturi for constant air injection to oxygenate your water
3. Don't connect it at all, and just use it as an outlet diverter

You can run this system in two configurations:

1. On your freezer's step, with the filter facing down (if you have at least 9.5" of water above your step)
2. On the floor of your freezer, with the filter facing up (if you have a lower water level, no step, or just prefer it). If you want the venturi to function, I would advise to keep the water depth ~22" or less. If the water is too deep, the venturi will not pull in air/ozone.

Note about filters:

If your venturi stops shooting out bubbles, your filter is getting clogged and needs cleaning or replacement. You can spray it off and soak inside the canister with a mix of water and bleach (~3oz) to disinfect it. I have run this filter for 3 months without cleaning and it still flowed very well. But, your filter life will vary significantly depending on many variables.

Hand wash in warm soapy water. No hot water. No dishwasher.

You must always unplug the pump, freezer, and accessories before entering the water! APEX86 and its owners accept no liability for injuries caused by leaving the pump energized. That is classified as misuse of the product.

Never run the pump dry!!! It must always be submerged in water to run, or damage will occur. Warranty will not cover that damage.

Please note, International orders will generally ship UPS which is not insured. Please choose the insurance add-on to cover the value of your package. I can't cover losses from shipment mishandling or loss.

Also, your government will require duties to be paid. UPS will try to charge a brokerage fee to pay these on your behalf, and money will be due on delivery. You might be able to save money by self-declaring and paying these duties yourself. 

The pump requires 120V power, which will require a step-down transformer rated for at least 200w or 3 amps.
